Right Traffic Acquires W.D. Wright

Right Traffic, a North American traffic control operator, has acquired W.D. Wright, a Beaver, Pennsylvania–based traffic control company. The deal expands Right Traffic’s geographic footprint across the Midwest, Mid‑Atlantic, the Carolinas and Florida and is intended to accelerate the buyer’s technology-driven traffic control capabilities; on a combined basis the company says it will now have more than 3,000 employees serving 10 U.S. states and three Canadian provinces.
