AWP Safety, a Kohlberg & Company-backed traffic safety platform, has acquired three regional traffic control firms — Site Barricades (Fort Worth, Texas), Integrity Traffic (Sherwood, Oregon) and WS Barricade (Frederick, Colorado). The add-on acquisitions expand AWP Safety’s geographic footprint across the Pacific Northwest, Mountain West, Texas and Nebraska and broaden its traffic control, signage, equipment rental and pavement marking capabilities.

Right Traffic will integrate its Guardian SmartFlagger technology and begin training/deployment across P.D. Brooks' operations as part of the company's continued mid-Atlantic expansion; Marriott & Co. served as exclusive financial advisor to P.D. Brooks.

Right Traffic, a North American traffic control operator, has acquired W.D. Wright, a Beaver, Pennsylvania–based traffic control company. The deal expands Right Traffic’s geographic footprint across the Midwest, Mid‑Atlantic, the Carolinas and Florida and is intended to accelerate the buyer’s technology-driven traffic control capabilities; on a combined basis the company says it will now have more than 3,000 employees serving 10 U.S. states and three Canadian provinces.

TRP Infrastructure Services Acquires Highway Barricades & Services

TRP Infrastructure Services, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Highway Barricades & Services, LLC. The Corpus Christi-based pavement marking and traffic control firm will operate as TRP's South Texas division, expanding TRP's regional footprint and capabilities to better serve government customers such as the Texas Department of Transportation.
