Right Traffic, a North American traffic control operator, has acquired W.D. Wright, a Beaver, Pennsylvania–based traffic control company. The deal expands Right Traffic’s geographic footprint across the Midwest, Mid‑Atlantic, the Carolinas and Florida and is intended to accelerate the buyer’s technology-driven traffic control capabilities; on a combined basis the company says it will now have more than 3,000 employees serving 10 U.S. states and three Canadian provinces.

RoadSafe Traffic Systems Acquires Bay Area Barricade Service, Inc.

TRP Infrastructure Services Acquires Highway Barricades & Services

TRP Infrastructure Services, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Highway Barricades & Services, LLC. The Corpus Christi-based pavement marking and traffic control firm will operate as TRP's South Texas division, expanding TRP's regional footprint and capabilities to better serve government customers such as the Texas Department of Transportation.

Peak Rock Capital Affiliate Acquires Traffic and Parking Control Co. (TAPCO)

(TAPCO), a Brown Deer, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of intelligent transportation systems and traffic safety products. Peak Rock said it will invest in product, service and operational capabilities to accelerate growth and pursue accretive acquisitions while supporting TAPCO's leadership and employees.

RoadSafe Traffic Systems Acquires Dobie Supply, LLC

RoadSafe Traffic Systems, a PE-backed provider of infrastructure safety services, has acquired Dobie Supply, an Austin-based supplier and manufacturer of traffic control devices and roadway and commercial signage. The deal expands RoadSafe's traffic control distribution presence in the greater Texas market and represents the company's 11th acquisition since partnering with Investcorp and Trilantic North America in 2021.
