Arcus Infrastructure Partners Acquires HB Returnable Transport Solutions from Mentha

Arcus Infrastructure Partners, through Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 2 (AEIF2), has acquired 100% of HB Returnable Transport Solutions from existing shareholders including Mentha. HB, a Welsum-based provider of rental, washing and integrated logistics for returnable transport items (RTIs) serving the Dutch food & beverage supply chain, will see senior management reinvest alongside the Fund to support future growth and capability expansion.
