DirectMed, based in Poway, California, is a provider of aftermarket parts, repairs and systems for diagnostic imaging equipment; Frazier will support organic and acquisitive growth to expand modalities and global reach. Terms were not disclosed.

DirectMed Imaging Acquires Titanium Medical Imaging
