The deal integrates decades of validated autism assessment data and the ABLLS‑R tool into CentralReach’s EMR and clinical workflow to provide a fully integrated assessment-to-outcomes solution for ABA providers.

Central Logic Acquires Acuity Link

Ambac Acquires All Trans Risk Solutions and Capacity Marine Corporation

The add-on strengthens A&R's liquid chemical platform and expands its Gulf Coast geographic coverage while RJ's founder and president will remain involved in the combined business.
