Gryphon Investors has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Revision Skincare and Goodier Cosmetics (collectively "Revision Goodier") from RoundTable Healthcare Partners; financial terms were not disclosed. Gryphon said it will partner with CEO Maria Carell and the existing management team to expand Revision's global footprint and advance Goodier's CDMO capabilities; the transaction, announced in November 2021, closed in late 2021.

IK Partners Acquires Majority Stake in FCG Group AB from Bridgepoint

IK Partners' Small Cap III Fund has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Stockholm-headquartered GRC services provider FCG Group AB from Bridgepoint Group plc. Kering Beauté, the beauty division of Kering, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Creed from funds controlled by BlackRock Long Term Private Capital Europe and current Chairman Javier Ferrán. The all-cash buyout (expected to close in H2 2023 subject to regulatory approvals) brings the heritage luxury fragrance house — which generated more than €250 million for the year ended March 31, 2023 and operates ~36 branded stores and ~1,400 doors globally — into Kering's luxury portfolio to accelerate Creed's geographic and category expansion, notably in China and Travel Retail.

Rocscience Acquires Rockfield

Rocscience, a Toronto-based geotechnical software company, has acquired Rockfield, a Swansea, UK developer of advanced numerical modelling and finite element/discrete element analysis software (ELFEN). The acquisition is intended to expand Rocscience's engineering simulation capabilities and market reach across the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors while retaining Rockfield's leadership and management.
