Seacoast Capital and Galaxi Group jointly provided $9.6 million of subordinated debt and redeemable preferred stock as non-control growth capital to support a strategic alliance between CityLeaf and Medallion Landscape. The investment is intended to accelerate geographic expansion and broaden the combined firm’s indoor and outdoor landscaping, living wall, arbor care and maintenance services across the San Francisco Bay Area.
