WILsquare Capital, a St. Louis-based private equity firm, has acquired TekBrands, LLC, the Omaha-headquartered owner of AccuQuilt, AccuCut, MemoryStitch and Custom Shape Pros. Management and founders will remain involved post-transaction as WILsquare backs the company to drive the next phase of growth, increase consumer awareness and expand domestic and international distribution; terms were not disclosed.

The deal expands TekBrands' quilting and crafting platform by adding June Tailor's complementary tools, notions and sewing kits to AccuQuilt's product portfolio; terms were not disclosed.

Quiltcraft Industries Acquires Fabtex Inc. After Willistown Capital Recapitalization

The deal creates a larger hospitality-focused textiles platform with expanded geographic reach, manufacturing and sourcing capabilities, and a combined workforce of more than 300 employees across the United States and Mexico.

Arrow International Acquires Tab Wizard Inc.

Arrow International, Inc., a Cleveland-based manufacturer and distributor of charitable gaming products, acquired the assets of Tab Wizard Inc., a provider of pull tab and food & beverage point-of-sale management software. The deal brings Tab Wizard's POS and reporting capabilities into Arrow's portfolio to expand its end-to-end offerings for charitable gaming customers; Tab Wizard founder Rob Perry sold the assets and will remain with Arrow.

Carr's Hill Partners Recapitalizes Arrow Waste with Investments from Tecum Capital and Pittco

Carr's Hill Capital Partners led a majority recapitalization of Arrow, Inc. (Arrow Waste), with subordinated debt and co-investment from Tecum Capital and a minority investment from Pittco Direct Investments. The transaction provides capital to expand post-collection capacity and commercial growth in the greater Atlanta market; Justin Vetsch was named CEO and founder Rip Thomson will remain as an advisor.
