Forsee Power Acquires Mitsubishi's NEoT Capital Shares

Forsee Power has completed the acquisition of 240,608 NEoT Capital shares from Mitsubishi Corporation, increasing its stake in the financing vehicle created with EDF and Mitsubishi in 2016. The move strengthens Forsee Power's position in financing solutions for electric mobility and aligns with its strategy to offer end-to-end products and services across the electromobility value chain.
