Dream Industrial REIT closed the acquisition of shares of a corporation owning a 31-property, 8.9 million sq ft pan‑European logistics portfolio from Clarion Partners Europe for approximately $850 million (≈€882 million). The fully leased portfolio (weighted average lease term 5.3 years) is 50% food distribution and 3PL tenants by net rent; the deal was financed via subscription receipts, cash on hand and an $800 million debenture offering.
