Verndale Acquires Amp's Product Experience Division from Advantage Solutions

Verndale, a Boston-based digital experience and technology company, has acquired the Product Experience Division of Amp (part of Advantage Solutions). The deal brings product design, UX, engineering, and digital marketing capabilities into Verndale to enable end-to-end digital product development and broaden its reach into tech, CPG, and healthcare verticals. Canaccord Genuity advised Advantage Solutions; financial terms were not disclosed.
