Gorilla Commercial Vehicle Holdings, Inc. has acquired Gorilla Brake Holdings, a Brantford, Ontario–based remanufacturer of heavy-truck brake shoes and friction components. The deal brings together Gorilla’s remanufacturing and aftermarket distribution footprint with the buyer’s engineering, design and manufacturing capabilities to expand product offerings (including air disk brake services) and broaden reach in the heavy-duty truck market.
