GA Telesis Acquires AAR Landing Gear Overhaul and Wheels & Brakes Business

GA Telesis, LLC has completed the acquisition of AAR CORP.'s Landing Gear Overhaul business and Wheels & Brakes unit in a $51 million divestiture. The operations will be integrated into GA Telesis' MRO Services Division and rebranded as GA Telesis Landing Gear Services, expanding the company's landing gear MRO capabilities and adding HVOF coating technology.

AAR Corp. Acquires HAECO Americas from HAECO Group

AAR Corp. has acquired HAECO Americas from HAECO Group for $78 million in cash, expanding AAR's heavy maintenance footprint with two facilities in Greensboro, North Carolina and Lake City, Florida. The deal adds roughly 1,600 employees and comes with multi-year heavy maintenance contracts worth over $850 million, which effectively sell out the acquired facilities and support AAR's Repair & Engineering growth strategy.
