Aero 3, Inc., together with its wholly owned subsidiary AeroRepair Corp., acquired the Wheel & Brake Division of Avianor, Inc., expanding Aero 3's MRO footprint into Canada. The acquisition adds Montreal and Calgary facilities, increases capacity and broadens AeroRepair's capability to service Boeing and Airbus narrow- and wide-body aircraft as part of an add-on growth strategy.

The transaction represents a sale by Weinberg Capital Group, which had owned AeroRepair since 2012; management will remain in place as GenNx360 pursues organic and inorganic growth initiatives to expand the business.

VSE Corporation has completed the acquisition of GenNx/AeroRepair IntermediateCo Inc., the parent company of Aero 3, from GenNx360 Capital Partners for $350 million in cash (subject to working capital adjustments). The deal expands VSE's global aviation aftermarket distribution and MRO capabilities—particularly in wheel and brake repair and distribution—and was funded with proceeds from VSE's October 2025 public offering.
