Confluent Acquires Immerok to Add Apache Flink Stream Processing

Confluent, the data streaming platform, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Immerok, a Berlin-based team of Apache Flink contributors that built a cloud-native managed Flink service. The acquisition is intended to accelerate Confluent's launch of a fully managed Flink offering for Confluent Cloud and to add deep stream-processing expertise to Confluent's engineering team.

Gigstreem Acquires Warp2Biz

The acquisition will enable Gigstreem to directly control service quality in Los Angeles and Orange County and accelerate coast-to-coast network expansion.

IBM Acquires StreamSets and webMethods from Software AG
