ArbiterSports Acquires FamilyID

ArbiterSports, a Serent Capital portfolio company, has acquired Boston-based FamilyID, the market leader in online registration for schools and community programs. The acquisition expands ArbiterSports' product suite to include FamilyID's registration and payments capabilities (millions of registrations to date); financial terms were not disclosed and FamilyID founder Rochelle Nemrow will join ArbiterSports leadership.
