Cleanova, a PX3-backed industrial filtration platform based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, has acquired U.S.-based Airflotek and TES-Clean Air Systems and will merge them into Cleanova to expand its capabilities in ultra-clean controlled environments. The acquisitions bring custom FFU (fan filter unit) design, HEPA/ULPA filtration expertise and global distribution into Cleanova’s portfolio, targeting semiconductor, pharmaceutical/biotech and data-center markets.

Cleanova, a portfolio company of PX3 Partners, has acquired Sidco Holdings LLP (together with Sidco Filter, LLC and Shawndra Products, Inc.) from Fairchild Capital Partners. Sidco Group is an industrial filtration manufacturer based near Rochester, New York; since Fairchild's 2019 investment the business expanded from one to four facilities, grew revenue more than fourfold and increased headcount from ~30 to over 130 employees.
