Cleanova, a Chattanooga-based industrial filtration platform owned by PE firm PX3 Partners, has acquired U.S.-based Airflotek and TES-Clean Air Systems and will consolidate them into its Cleanova business. Sidco Group is an industrial filtration manufacturer based near Rochester, New York; since Fairchild's 2019 investment the business expanded from one to four facilities, grew revenue more than fourfold and increased headcount from ~30 to over 130 employees.
