Cleanova, the PX3 Partners-backed industrial filtration platform, has acquired U.S.-based Airflotek and TES-Clean Air Systems and will consolidate them into Cleanova to enter ultra-clean controlled-environment markets. The bolt-ons add custom fan filter unit (FFU), HEPA/ULPA filtration, and cleanroom distribution capabilities to support semiconductor, biotechnology/pharmaceutical, and data-center customers.

Cleanova, a portfolio company of PX3 Partners, has acquired Sidco Holdings LLP (together with Sidco Filter, LLC and Shawndra Products, Inc.) from Fairchild Capital Partners. Sidco Group is an industrial filtration manufacturer based near Rochester, New York; since Fairchild's 2019 investment the business expanded from one to four facilities, grew revenue more than fourfold and increased headcount from ~30 to over 130 employees.
