Cleanova, a PX3-backed industrial filtration platform based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, has acquired U.S.-based Airflotek and TES-Clean Air Systems and will consolidate them into a single business within Cleanova. The acquisitions add custom fan filter units (FFUs), HEPA/ULPA filtration and cleanroom expertise, expanding Cleanova's capabilities into ultra-clean controlled environments serving semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, biotech and high-performance data center markets.

Cleanova, a portfolio company of PX3 Partners, has acquired Sidco Holdings LLP (together with Sidco Filter, LLC and Shawndra Products, Inc.) from Fairchild Capital Partners. Sidco Group is an industrial filtration manufacturer based near Rochester, New York; since Fairchild's 2019 investment the business expanded from one to four facilities, grew revenue more than fourfold and increased headcount from ~30 to over 130 employees.
