Century Park Capital Partners has recapitalized CJ Pony Parts, the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania-based e-commerce leader in Classic Mustang aftermarket parts. Founder Jay Zeigler will remain involved, President Mike Large will continue in his role and participate in the transaction, and BMO Sponsor Finance provided debt financing; terms were not disclosed.

Online Transport, Inc. has acquired Mustang Express, LTD, an asset-based over-the-road trucking and 3PL provider based in El Paso, Texas. The deal — advised on the sell-side by Kreshmore Group — expands Online's geographic coverage and routings with Mustang's fleet and over 60 drivers, and closed May 19, 2023.

CID Capital Partners Invests in Corvette America

CID Capital Partners has partnered with Corvette America, a Reedsville, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer, distributor and e-tailer of aftermarket restoration and performance products for Chevrolet Corvettes and Ford Mustangs. The transaction is supported by senior financing from First Merchants Bank and subordinated debt from Aldine Capital Partners; CID intends to grow Corvette America as a platform and pursue add-on acquisitions to accelerate expansion.

LDR Growth Partners Acquires Mustang Motorcycle Products (Mustang Seats)

Classic Industries Acquires Parts Unlimited Interiors

Classic Industries has acquired Parts Unlimited Interiors (PUI) from Restoration Parts Unlimited, Inc. and its private equity owner Dubin Clark; Prestwick served as exclusive advisor to the sellers. Terms were not disclosed. PUI, headquartered in La Grange, Kentucky, is a manufacturer of aftermarket automotive interior soft goods (seat upholstery, door panels, window felts) serving classic GM, Mopar and Ford applications.
