Crestone Services Group Acquires Americom Technology, Inc.

Crestone Services Group, a Denver-based communications and utility infrastructure platform, has acquired Americom Technology, Inc., a West Valley City, Utah provider of fiber-optic, power/utility and ISP cabling services and data center design. Americom will continue to operate under President and Founder Pat Richter; the deal expands Crestone's footprint across the Mountain West as an add-on to its existing West Division.

Crete Mechanical Group Acquires Reilly Electrical Contractors

Crete Mechanical Group, a national provider of commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building automation services, acquired Reilly Electrical Contractors Inc., a family-owned full-service electrical and telecommunications contractor based in South Easton, Massachusetts. The transaction closed on September 1, 2022 and will integrate Reilly into Crete’s national partner network while preserving local management and service continuity.

InSite Wireless Group Acquires Repeater Communications Group

InSite Wireless Group has acquired Repeater Communications Group to expand its portfolio of urban rooftop and tower telecommunications sites, gaining a meaningful presence in New York City and surrounding BTA markets. The deal, which closed March 11, 2020, adds roughly 3,500 co-located rooftop and tower sites to InSite’s infrastructure assets and strengthens its ability to support 4G and evolving 5G deployments.

Shermco Industries Acquires R3L Engineering

Shermco Industries, a PE-backed electrical testing and power-systems services provider, has acquired R3L Engineering to expand its technical engineering capabilities and strengthen its presence in the Birmingham, Alabama area. The acquisition expands Shermco’s regional workforce and ability to serve industrial and utility customers across Alabama and the Southeastern United States; terms were not disclosed.

Crestone Services Group, a Denver-based communications and utility services platform, acquired Dillie & Kuhn (a turnkey communications contractor in Southern Colorado) and Agave Underground Utility (an underground specialty contractor in Phoenix, Arizona). The transactions are add-on acquisitions to expand Crestone's capacity and market share across Southern Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona and to bolster its Arizona business (DSI) for increased FTTP and 5G wireline work.
