The deal (OfficeSpace is backed by Vista Equity Partners and Resurgens Technology Partners) positions OfficeSpace as an AI operating system for the built environment, accelerating planning cycles, automating planner workloads, and improving occupancy and portfolio optimization.

Dover Acquires CDS Visual

CDS Visual will operate within Dover's Engineered Products segment and Dover plans to deploy its visualization and CPQ/eCommerce capabilities across its portfolio to strengthen digital sales and customer-facing experiences; terms were not disclosed.

(GSI), a provider of distribution design and vegetation management software for the power and utility industry. The add-on acquisition, which closed January 2, 2026, expands SBS’s intelligent design platform with GSI’s cloud-based Distribution Design Studio (DDS) and mobile Forester field offerings to better serve utilities and infrastructure customers across North America and Europe.

Workday Acquires Flowise
