OpenSpace has acquired Disperse, a London-based provider of construction progress-tracking solutions, integrating Disperse's verified progress analytics and human-augmented computer vision into OpenSpace's Visual Intelligence Platform. The deal deepens OpenSpace's Spatial AI capabilities, preserves existing Disperse customer contracts, and makes OpenSpace Progress Tracking available as an add-on to its subscriptions while integrating with common project-scheduling tools.
