EVERTEC Acquires BBR SpA

EVERTEC, Inc. has completed the acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of BBR SpA, a Santiago-based payment solutions and business technology company, for CLP 48,600 million (approximately USD $53 million). The announcement also confirmed extensions and modifications to commercial agreements between EVERTEC and Banco Popular of Puerto Rico (Popular), while the BBR acquisition expands EVERTEC's footprint in Latin America (Chile and Peru).

PestCo Holdings Acquires Bio‑Tech Pest Control

PestCo Holdings, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), has acquired the assets of Bio‑Tech Pest Control, a Spring, Texas‑based provider of residential and commercial pest control services. The add‑on expands PestCo's presence in the Houston metropolitan market; terms were not disclosed. The sellers are owners Pierre Riettini and Jason Pitman.

BrowserStack Acquires Bird Eats Bug and Launches Bug Capture

BrowserStack has acquired Bird Eats Bug and integrated its bug-reporting technology into a new offering called Bug Capture to accelerate BrowserStack's developer-first end-to-end test platform vision. The acquisition brings Bird Eats Bug's mature product (30,000+ users) and capabilities such as instant replay and auto-captured technical logs into BrowserStack's cloud testing ecosystem.

Brivo Acquires Parakeet to Add Smart Building Capabilities

NewRocket Acquires Service Stack Technologies
