Avision Sales Group, an Osceola Capital portfolio company, completed the acquisitions of OneSolution (Alpharetta, GA) and J.J. Shearer Company (Minneapolis, MN) and concurrently formed Forward Solutions as an umbrella go-to-market platform. The transactions fold OneSolution into a new standalone brand within Forward Solutions and fold J.J. Shearer into the Avision brand, expanding the platform's coverage across industrial safety, facility maintenance, cleaning and packaging verticals.

Two of the acquired firms (ElectroRep and R/B Sales) will be merged into a new electrical supplies division, while Madigan McCune and Upper Midwest Utility Sales will be integrated into Forward Solutions' StruXur utility division to broaden geographic coverage and product offerings.

Osmose Utilities Services, a portfolio company of EQT Infrastructure, has acquired Associated Utility Supplies Limited (AUS), a Huddersfield-based manufacturer and distributor of specialist equipment for electric utilities, railroads and telecommunications in the UK and Ireland. The deal is a bolt-on intended to expand Osmose's product capabilities and regional presence, integrating AUS’s pole restoration products, training and repair services into Osmose’s global asset-management platform.
