Forward Solutions, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, has acquired Utility Sales Associates, a Chicago-based provider of outsourced sales services for utilities and telecommunications equipment manufacturers. The deal expands Forward Solutions' coverage into the utility and telecom sectors and strengthens its Central U.S. geographic footprint; Utility Sales Associates will operate as a standalone go-to-market brand within the Forward Solutions portfolio.

Motorola Solutions Acquires Futurecom Systems Group

Motorola Solutions has acquired Futurecom Systems Group, an Ontario-based designer and manufacturer of in-vehicle, fixed and portable RF repeaters and extenders used to extend land mobile radio coverage for public safety agencies. The acquisition strengthens Motorola Solutions' product portfolio for mission-critical public safety communications; terms were not disclosed.

One Source Acquires CT Solutions

Avision Sales Group (Forward Solutions) Acquires OneSolution and J.J. Shearer Company

Avision Sales Group, an Osceola Capital portfolio company, completed the acquisitions of OneSolution (Alpharetta, GA) and J.J. Shearer Company (Minneapolis, MN) and concurrently formed Forward Solutions as an umbrella go-to-market platform. The transactions fold OneSolution into a new standalone brand within Forward Solutions and fold J.J. Shearer into the Avision brand, expanding the platform's coverage across industrial safety, facility maintenance, cleaning and packaging verticals.

Bridgepointe Technologies Acquires RealCom Solutions

Bridgepointe Technologies, a San Mateo-based tech advisory firm backed by Charlesbank, has acquired RealCom Solutions, a Plano, Texas-based telecommunications and technology consulting agency. The deal expands Bridgepointe’s capabilities and footprint in the Southwest; RealCom’s hospitality-focused MSP (TekSecute Technology Group) will be spun out while affiliated cybersecurity provider Third Wave Innovations will remain independent and partner with Bridgepointe.

Mobile Communications America Acquires ComPros, Inc.
