Fort Point Capital Recapitalizes ROX360

Boston-based private equity firm Fort Point Capital has recapitalized ROX360, a tech-enabled marketing platform that provides logistics/fulfillment and customer retention services to vacation rental managers. The co-founders retained a large minority stake and management will continue to lead the business as Fort Point supports national expansion; debt financing was provided by Abacus Finance Group and Siguler Guff & Company.

RFPIO Acquires RFP360

The capital will fund accelerated AI and automation development, new platform modules, and expanded partner integrations; Solutions360 also appointed Nate Gardner as CEO while founder Brad Dempsey remains CTO.

The acquisition bolsters Studio Science’s Salesforce Commerce Cloud and cross-cloud integration capabilities and adds certified architects and developers to its enterprise offerings.
