(TFI), an employee-owned fastener distributor and manufacturer headquartered in Mobile, Alabama, acquired TSA Manufacturing Inc., a fastener manufacturer based in Omaha, Nebraska. The acquisition, which closed January 5, 2026, brings manufacturing capabilities in-house to strengthen TFI's vertical integration, improve supply chain control and expand service to steel fabrication, metal building construction and commercial manufacturing customers.
