Medallia Acquires Contact Center Coaching Platform Stella Connect

Medallia, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Stella Connect, a real-time feedback, coaching and quality management SaaS platform for contact centers, for approximately $100 million in cash. The acquisition will integrate Stella Connect with the Medallia Experience Cloud (and Medallia's new speech technology) to expand Medallia's contact-center capabilities and is expected to close in September, subject to customary conditions.
