Medallia Acquires Voci Technologies

Medallia, the San Francisco–based experience management SaaS provider, agreed to acquire Pittsburgh-based Voci Technologies, a real-time speech-to-text and AI transcription platform, for approximately $59 million in cash. The deal, announced April 22, 2020, is expected to close in May 2020 and will integrate Voci's real-time speech-to-text and deep-learning capabilities into the Medallia Experience Cloud to enhance contact-center analytics and customer experience insights.
