Arcadia, the global utility data and energy solutions platform, has acquired RPD Energy (Renewable Power Direct) to expand its Enterprise Energy Procurement Advisory offerings. The acquisition brings RPD’s renewable procurement structuring, analytics, and 24/7 carbon-free energy capabilities into Arcadia’s platform; RPD EVP Rohit Marwaha will lead Arcadia’s onsite and offsite procurement advisory offerings.

North Park Group Acquires Arcadia GlassHouse

North Park Group, LLC has acquired Arcadia GlassHouse, LLC, a Madison, Ohio-based manufacturer, distributor and installer of premium greenhouses. The transaction, advised by Generational Group, closed on January 21, 2025; North Park Group said it will operate Arcadia under its long-term hold model to support growth and continuity for the business and its management team.

Right Time Group of Companies Acquires Shines Energy Incorporated

Right Time Group of Companies, a Canadian residential HVAC platform majority-owned by Gryphon Investors, has acquired Dartmouth, Nova Scotia-based Shines Energy Incorporated. The acquisition — Right Time's 19th — expands the company's footprint into Eastern Canada; terms were not disclosed and Shines' management and employees will join Right Time.
