Gabriel-Glas North America was acquired from founder Tempe Reichardt by Jonah Beer alongside Kaulig Capital, with wine-industry veteran DLynn Proctor among co-investors. Jonah Beer becomes CEO and Reichardt will remain as a consultant for one year as the new ownership group seeks to support and grow Gabriel-Glas’s North American distribution of its universal wine glass and related tableware.
