The deal will leverage MNG’s wholesale and operational capabilities to scale WellBeing’s distribution and introduce new infused beverage lines while preserving the WellBeing brand identity.

Tilray Brands Acquires Eight Beer and Beverage Brands from Anheuser‑Busch

Tilray Brands, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire eight beer and beverage brands (including associated employees, breweries and brewpubs) from Anheuser‑Busch. The deal covers Shock Top, Breckenridge Brewery, Blue Point, 10 Barrel, Redhook, Widmer Brothers, Square Mile Cider Company and HiBall Energy and is expected to close in 2023, significantly expanding Tilray’s U.S. beverage footprint and production capacity.

Bardstown Bourbon Company Acquires Green River Spirits Company

Bronco Wine Co. Acquires Assets of Wine Hooligans

Bronco Wine Co. acquired key assets of Wine Hooligans at auction, taking full control of brands including Portlandia, Shortbread, Broadside and alcohol-removed Sea Monster, plus production facilities in Santa Rosa. Bronco, which had been Wine Hooligans' majority shareholder since 2023, will retain most Wine Hooligans employees to support ongoing operations under Bronco ownership.
