The deal creates a more integrated homebuying experience, including a new Rocket Preferred Pricing program for buyers who finance through Rocket Mortgage and work with Redfin agents.

Rocky Brands Acquires Honeywell Performance and Lifestyle Footwear Business

Rocky Brands, Inc. completed the acquisition of Honeywell’s performance and lifestyle footwear business — including The Original Muck Boot Company and XTRATUF — for $230 million on March 15, 2021. The acquired business generated approximately $205 million of 2020 net revenue and $24.5 million of EBITDA; the purchase was financed with senior credit facilities, a term loan and cash on hand and is intended to significantly expand Rocky Brands' portfolio and scale.

Fleet Feet Acquires JackRabbit

KNS International Acquires Birdies

The deal brings Birdies into KNS's portfolio (which includes Journee, Taft and Vance) with Gates joining KNS as Brand President to help scale the brand's DTC and wholesale distribution.
