Rocky Brands Acquires Honeywell Performance and Lifestyle Footwear Business

Rocky Brands, Inc. completed the acquisition of Honeywell’s performance and lifestyle footwear business — including The Original Muck Boot Company and XTRATUF — for $230 million on March 15, 2021. The acquired business generated approximately $205 million of 2020 net revenue and $24.5 million of EBITDA; the purchase was financed with senior credit facilities, a term loan and cash on hand and is intended to significantly expand Rocky Brands' portfolio and scale.
