Rovia Clinical Research, backed by Gauge Capital with financing from Fidelity Direct Lending, acquired two clinical research sites — StudyMetrix Research (St. Charles, Missouri) and Coastal Research Institute (Fayetteville, North Carolina) — to expand its U.S. site network and capabilities in obesity, hepatology, gastroenterology, pain, and internal medicine. The deals were funded by a growth investment from Gauge Capital and debt and equity financing provided by Fidelity Direct Lending.
