Integral Consulting Acquires PennJersey Environmental Consulting

Integral Consulting Inc., a Boulder-based environmental, scientific, and engineering consulting firm, has acquired PennJersey Environmental Consulting of Milford, New Jersey to expand site remediation, regulatory compliance, and environmental due-diligence capabilities across the Mid-Atlantic. The deal closed June 18, 2025 and was advised by Generational Group; PennJersey’s team of Licensed Site Remediation Professionals and environmental scientists will join Integral to broaden technical capacity and regional coverage.

Brown & Brown of Massachusetts, LLC, a subsidiary of Brown & Brown, Inc., has acquired substantially all of the assets of Claim Technologies Incorporated (CTI). CTI — a Des Moines-based provider of proprietary software and benefit-plan audit services for governmental and private employers — will continue to operate from Des Moines and will be integrated into Brown & Brown's Retail segment to expand its employee benefits audit and consulting capabilities.

CTS Group Acquires In Situ Site Investigation Limited

The St Leonards-on-sea business (37 employees) will expand CTS's ground investigation and site testing capabilities as part of its ongoing buy-and-build growth strategy to broaden geographic coverage and service offerings across the infrastructure and construction markets.

The acquisition launches MultiPlan's new Data & Decision Science service line, integrating BST's machine learning/AI analytics and SaaS platform with MultiPlan's claims data to expand capabilities across employers, commercial and government health plans.
