Forward Industries Acquires Kablooe Design

Forward Industries (NASDAQ: FORD) acquired substantially all of the assets of Kablooe Design, a Minneapolis-based product design and development firm, in a transaction comprised of cash, equity, assumed debt and contingent earn-outs. The acquisition strengthens Forward's medical product design capabilities and is expected to create cross-fertilization opportunities with its subsidiary Intelligent Product Solutions.
