KDI Precision Manufacturing Acquires Envision Plastics and Design

KDI Precision Manufacturing has acquired Envision Plastics and Design LLC, completing the transaction on June 30 to expand KDI's plastics manufacturing capabilities for medical and industrial electronics customers. The deal brings Envision's proprietary "No Molds Required" (NMR) technology and its White Bear Lake operations together with KDI's Rogers facility and electro-mechanical assembly, creating an integrated turnkey provider for OEMs.
