Nexla, a data engineering automation platform, has acquired Fidap, a startup that provides cleaned, ready-to-use datasets for advanced analytics and machine learning. The acquisition brings Fidap's team and technology (founded by Ashish Singal and previously backed by Gradient Ventures and others) into Nexla to expand its pre-packaged data products and last-mile data preparation capabilities for enterprise customers.

The deal integrates SPLX's technology for discovery, risk assessment and remediation into Zscaler's cloud security platform to help enterprises secure models, agent workflows, and RAG pipelines from development through deployment.
