IonQ Acquires Capella Space

IonQ has completed its acquisition of Capella Space, integrating Capella's synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite capabilities with IonQ's quantum technologies. The deal positions IonQ to develop a space-based quantum key distribution (QKD) network and a quantum-enabled Earth observation platform for government and commercial customers.

Connect Bidco Limited, an acquisition vehicle owned by a consortium of funds advised by Apax Partners and Warburg Pincus together with the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, completed a recommended cash offer to acquire all issued ordinary share capital of Inmarsat. The consortium said the investment will support Inmarsat’s market leadership in maritime, aviation and defence communications and help the company capitalise on in-flight connectivity and Internet of Things opportunities.

Endurance Acquisition Corp. Completes Business Combination with SatixFy Communications

Endurance Acquisition Corp. completed its previously announced business combination with SatixFy Communications Ltd., making SatixFy a publicly traded company expected to trade on the NYSE American under the ticker SATX. The deal keeps SatixFy's management in place (David Ripstein continuing as CEO) and brings Endurance's CEO Richard Davis onto SatixFy's board, providing SatixFy access to public markets and capital to scale its satellite communications chipset, antenna and payload business.

Gogo Inc. Acquires Satcom Direct

Gogo Inc. has agreed to acquire Satcom Direct for $375 million in cash plus five million shares of Gogo stock, with up to $225 million of additional earnout consideration tied to performance thresholds. EQT to acquire 80% stake in Eutelsat's Ground Station Infrastructure Business

EQT Infrastructure VI has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire an 80% majority stake in Eutelsat Group’s Satellite Ground Station Infrastructure Business, in a transaction that values the carved-out entity at an enterprise value of EUR 790 million. Eutelsat will retain a 20% stake and remain an anchor tenant and partner; EQT intends to invest in antenna infrastructure and pursue M&A-driven growth to build a leading independent ground station operator headquartered in France.
