Endurance Acquisition Corp. completed its previously announced business combination with SatixFy Communications Ltd., making SatixFy a publicly traded company expected to trade on the NYSE American under the ticker SATX. The deal keeps SatixFy's management in place (David Ripstein continuing as CEO) and brings Endurance's CEO Richard Davis onto SatixFy's board, providing SatixFy access to public markets and capital to scale its satellite communications chipset, antenna and payload business.
