Kuzco Group Acquires Auroralight

Kuzco Group (Kuzco Lighting) has acquired Auroralight, a Carlsbad-based manufacturer of estate-quality landscape and architectural lighting. Auroralight founder and CEO Mike Joye is retiring; Kuzco says the purchase expands its portfolio of lighting brands and product capabilities under new Auroralight CEO John Hradnansky.
