Houston-based private equity firm Capstreet has acquired Analytic Stress Relieving, Inc. (ASR), a Lafayette, Louisiana–headquartered provider of on-site heat-treating services. Capstreet said it will work with ASR's management to expand the business geographically and into ancillary services; terms were not disclosed.
