WernerCo, a portfolio company of Triton Partners, has acquired Daws Manufacturing Company, Inc., d/b/a Better Built, a Pensacola, Florida-based maker of truck tool boxes and aftermarket truck accessories. The acquisition is an add-on to WernerCo’s product portfolio, expanding its truck and van storage and aftermarket accessories capabilities; Dinan Capital Advisors served as financial advisor to Daws and its shareholders.
