LightEdge Acquires Cavern Technologies

LightEdge, a GI Partners-backed hybrid cloud and colocation provider, has acquired Cavern Technologies, a Lenexa (Kansas City) underground colocation and data center provider. The deal expands LightEdge's footprint into the Kansas City market and adds Cavern's underground, enterprise-grade colocation capacity and managed connectivity offerings to LightEdge's hybrid-IT platform.
