Myant Corp. Acquires Nanoleq and Osmotex Technologies

Canadian advanced-materials healthcare company Myant Corp. has acquired Swiss smart-textile firm Nanoleq and the technologies of Swiss deep-tech Osmotex to accelerate its textile-computing and biosensing roadmap. The deals add sensor and moisture-management capabilities, talent and a Zurich base for Myant's EU/EMEA expansion and integration into its medical device portfolio.
