Fabric Acquires GYANT

Fabric, a care enablement platform founded by Aniq Rahman, has acquired conversational AI company GYANT in an all-cash deal and brought the entire GYANT team into Fabric. The acquisition expands Fabric’s product capabilities in conversational patient engagement and increases its employee base (Fabric expanded to ~130 employees) while adding GYANT co-founder Stefan Behrens to Fabric’s executive team as chief strategy officer.
