Supercap (Crealis) Acquires Three Portuguese Closure Manufacturers

Supercap S.r.l., part of the Crealis group, has agreed to acquire 100% of three family-owned Portuguese closure manufacturers — Woodcap-Indústria de Cápsulas de Madeira, Manuel Firinho & Filhos, and Jesus Couto & Pereira — all based in Santa Maria de Feira (near Porto). The acquisitions create a new industrial hub in Portugal, add natural cork and wood capsule products to Crealis's BarTop offering, and are intended to expand the group's product range and export footprint.
