Ansys completed the acquisition of Analytical Graphics, Inc. (AGI) for $700 million. The deal brings AGI's mission-driven simulation, modeling and analysis software into Ansys' engineering-simulation portfolio to expand capabilities and accelerate adoption in aerospace, defense and adjacent commercial markets.
